Hiking from Velberg Langenberg to Nierenhof!
Hey! Did you open the window recently and smell the nature? It’s spring! So let’s get out and enjoy the moment with the coolest people! This time we are hiking around Velbert, which has a unique beautiful landscape right below Essen!!

So the plan is as follows: we’re gonna see each other at Düsseldorf Hbf at 10:15. Then:
- Dep: 10:42 Düsseldorf Hbf Gl. 7
- Arr: 10:54 Wuppertal-Vohwinkel Gl. 3
- Dep: 11:03 Wuppertal-Vohwinkel Gl. 12
- Arr: 11:18 Velbert-Langenberg Gl. 1
Then we start hiking. Easy, isn’t it? If you come from a different city, feel free to join us wherever you want on the way!
Then we’ll walk according to this map (in kml-format) or this map (in gpx-format). The total distance is something like 16.0km. We’ll have a break at Bergerhof. The total duration of the hike according to Komoot is 4:35. We will probably be back in Düsseldorf Hbf around 17:00 (with considerable uncertainty). Komoot says this track is of average difficulty. So don’t think too much and just enjoy! It would be helpful if you’d bring something to eat and a picnic blanket. You are also very welcome to bring a ball/frisbee, a guitar and more!
Regardless of the weather, I will NOT cancel the event, so please check it out yourselves and decide whether to come or not yourselves.
