Hiking from Dahl to Hagen!

Hey! I’m back! Let’s go hiking! This time I’m going to hike from Dahl to Hagen, which is on the edge of Sauerland!

So the plan is as follows: we’re gonna see each other in front of Düsseldorf Hbf at 9:45am. Then:

1. Dep: 10:12 Düsseldorf Hbf (RE 20073)
2. Arr: 10:55 Hagen Hbf – Platform 3
3. Dep: 11:11 Hagen Hbf – Platform 2 (RB 14663)
4. Arr: 11:24 Dahl – Platform 1

Then we start hiking. Easy, isn’t it? If you come from a different city, feel free to join us wherever you want on the way! It’s within the VRR region so if you have a Ticket 2000/Semester ticket/Young Ticket Plus, you can travel there for free. Even if you don’t it’s very likely that someone can take you for free so just be there in time!

Then we’ll walk according to this map (in kml-format) or this map (in gpx-format). The total distance is something like 15 km. We’ll have a break in the middle of nowhere. It would be helpful if you’d bring something to eat and a picnic blanket. You are also very welcome to bring a ball/frisbee, a guitar and more!

Regardless of the weather, I will NOT cancel the event, so please check it out yourselves and decide whether to come or not yourselves.

I’m a kind of person who doesn’t mind being alone all the time. But now I am organising this event again, chiefly because it’s allowed to do outside sports now again, but also because from what I know over the years you are the ones who know what you’re doing. In this regard, I’m quite sure that you will follow rules – I will trust your sense of responsibility. So as always I don’t dictate what to do. Please think yourselves what’s the best for the situation.
