Hiking around Eppstein!

Hey! The day is getting longer and longer – it’s summer! Let’s enjoy the moment with a lot of other cool people! This time we’re hiking around Eppstein, which lies on the hills right next to Frankfurt!

So the plan is quite simple: we’re gonna see each other in front of Frankfurt Hbf (tief) at 11:00. Then:

1. Dep: 11:22 Frankfurt Hbf (tief) – Platform 103 (S2)
2. Arr: 11:48 Eppstein – Platform 1

Then we start hiking. Easy, isn’t it? If you come from a different city, feel free to join us wherever you want on the way!

Then we’ll walk according to this map (in kml-format) or this map (in gpx-format). The total distance is something like 13.4km. We’ll have a break at Eppenhain. The total duration of the hike according to Komoot is 4:00. We will probably be back in Frankfurt Hbf (tief) around 16:45. Komoot says this track is difficult. So make sure that you are well prepared! It would be helpful if you’d bring something to eat and a picnic blanket. You are also very welcome to bring a ball/frisbee, a guitar and more!

Regardless of the weather, I will NOT cancel the event, so please check it out yourselves and decide whether to come or not yourselves.
